The shape of the 3-piece hood perfectly follows the movements of the head and the adjustments of the mask. Face, wrists and ankles with elastic as well as attached waist elastic. Tyvek® garments are made of a high density "flash spun" polyethylene offering an ideal balance between protection, durability and comfort. Tyvek® is permeable to both air and water vapor, but repels water-based liquids and aerosols. It offers an excellent barrier against fine particles and fibers (up to 1 micron). Ultra low fraying and antistatic treatment. Does not contain silicone.
Applications for Tyvek® Tyvek® 500 Xpert garments include pharmaceutical handling, chemical processing, oil and gas industry, maintenance and general operations, spray painting and cleaning, among many others.
