The Levenhuk DTX 700 LCD digital microscope is designed to study non-transparent objects. It is suitable for working with jewelry pieces, electronic boards, minerals, coins and metal sections. This microscope is also useful for home use, for example to study insects and plants. The Levenhuk DTX 700 LCD model is equipped with an LCD screen, which reduces eye strain during prolonged work, and is more comfortable than looking through the eyepiece of a classic microscope.
The images are captured by a 5M digital camera. The camera provides 10–300x magnification, and an additional zoom allows you to view objects at up to 1200x magnification. The colorful and detailed image obtained is transmitted to a built-in LCD screen. In addition, the built-in camera allows you to take photos and record videos. The control buttons are located just below the screen. They are used to set photo and video quality, turn time-lapse photo shooting on and off, choose circle video mode, and set the date and time.
This microscope is self-sufficient and does not require connection to external devices. A memory card is required to save photos and videos (purchased separately). The microscope can be connected to an external monitor, television or computer. The kit includes all necessary cables and software. Note: The software to install on a computer allows you to measure objects (line, radius, diameter, three-point angle). This software also allows you to add additional images and texts on top of the images captured by the microscope.
The microscope lighting system consists of 8 bright LED lamps with adjustable brightness. A built-in polarizing filter reduces stray reflections when studying bright objects.
The microscope operates with an AC power supply or a built-in battery, which allows continuous work for three hours.
Features:
The kit includes:
Recommendations for using the software: For the PortableCapture Plus program (and its other versions) to work correctly, start the installed application only when your microscope is connected to a PC and ready to make observations.
