SPECIFICATIONS

Automatic equipment to produce ultrapure water, provided with a recirculation circuit with a TOC ion exchange module, a 254 nm photooxidation module (UV lamp) and a 0.45/0.2 µm cascade microfiltration capsule.

The purified water obtained meets the requirements of the ISO 3696: 1999 standard (Water for use in laboratory analysis. Specification and test methods.) for grade 1 water. It can be used in instrumental analysis techniques such as AAS, ICP/MS, IC, HPLC, GC, in bacterial cultures and biochemical analysis.

Measurement and control system:

• Color touch graphic screen
• Conductivity meter that measures the conductivity and temperature of the feed water and ultrapure water
• Reading of compensated and non-compensated temperature values
• Clock that shows the date and time
• Information on the operating status of the system
• Graphic and audible alarm signaling
• Alarm for the replacement of the ion exchange module
• Alarm for the replacement of the UV lamp
• Alarm for the replacement of the microfiltration capsule
