Agarose gel electrophoresis kit II V-44543

Practice to demonstrate the separation of DNA fragments (molecular weight markers and genomic DNA) through the use of agarose gel electrophoresis and subsequent DNA staining using non-toxic methods. This electrophoresis is similar to what can be performed in any research laboratory. The kit contains the necessary material to carry out the practice 4 times with different groups or classes.
Content: 2x50 ml concentrated electrophoresis buffer (to create 2 containers of 500 ml by adding distilled water); agarose 1.75 g; 1 micropipette 20 µl; 1 rack of tips; 4 sample microtubes; 1 test tube of 50 ml; 1 DanaBlue 0.1% 400 ml; 1 DanaBlue 0.02% 125 ml.
Equipment for electrophoresis practices is additionally necessary, e.g. ref. 31701.
