Agarose gel electrophoresis kit I V-44541

Simple practice to demonstrate the separation of molecules through the use of agarose gel electrophoresis. A simulation is performed using dye solutions that simulate DNA fragments migrating in the agarose gel due to an applied potential difference. The kit contains the necessary material to carry out the practice 4 times with different groups or classes. 
Content: 2x50 ml concentrated electrophoresis buffer (to create 2 containers of 500 ml by adding distilled water); agarose 1.75 g; micropipette 20 µl; tip rack; 7 sample microtubes, 50 ml test tube.
Equipment for electrophoresis practices is additionally necessary, e.g. ref. 44521.
